Bellwether is working with a consortium to set up a regasification plant in the Philippines that would assure gas-fired Power Plants fuel supply post-Malampaya, staunch the country’s coal-addiction, and connect the Philippines to a long-term NG supply chain via a nautical pipeline.

ASSISTANCE TO the HEALTHCARE/education PROJECTs of a religious congregation
The Company was tasked to review the business and financial strategy, and value engineering of the proposed University Hospital to serve the CARAGA region, to fast track the implementation and realization of the project. In addition, technical assistance was rendered to launch and build the first Virtual Library in Mindanao, for use of the students, alumni, faculty, and the community.

Access to Manila International Port
The Company was engaged to explore options for the port operator whose main business was being constrained by the truck ban and delays in the construction of necessary road improvements to the port area. A solution to improve access without investing in an elevated toll road was recommended.

NAIA Phase 2 Expressway Project
The Company provided technical and financial advisory to the big four locators at the Pagcor Entertainment City who were prepared to invest Billions of pesos in the expressway project that was tendered on PPP by the Department of Public Works and Highways. Their objective is to ensure accessibility to their sites with the construction of the expressways under a revised configuration. The Client achieved their objective whilst saving billions of pesos as a result of the work of Bellwether.
